About Dora Nikolla

I have completed my master’s degree in the Faculty of Law at the University of Rijeka, and my last year of studying I spent at the Faculty of Law at the University of Ljubljana as part of Erasmus study exchange. While studying I was an active member of different student organisations (active member and vice president of Student’s council of the University of Rijeka) believing that only by active involvement in the student issues one can be improved. I am experienced in data privacy matters – from implementing data protection programmes, informing, advising, and issuing recommendations to the Company regarding compliance with data protection laws including GDPR. My main areas of interest are intellectual property, drafting, and advising on a wide range of commercial matters and corporate matters which usually have a cross-border element
