I have an exceptional track record as a consultative and highly collaborative advisor, who develops strategic relationships with ease to facilitate the delivery of people initiatives at scale. With a breadth of experience across Human Resources I have a real desire to drive change and excellence and have an innovation and growth mindset and a can- do attitude. My experience is in strategically planning for, and building, the ‘human capital’ to deliver to an organisation’s strategy. This has been gained through working across a variety of industries and employers from leading global organisations, to mid- sized and start up/scale up businesses. With a proven track record in building high performance teams I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence. I have an intellectual curiosity, complimented with the courage to challenge and question for a better employee experience and outcome that attract, retain and deeply engage talented employees.
