I’m a Certified TX. NNA and LSS Mobile Notary Signing Agent. I’m detailed oriented and meticulous with my work. As a customer service representative for over 10 years I understand the importance of communication. I actually walk borrowers through all of the important documents, like the closing statement, note, the CD and the deed. I don’t just shove the loan documents in front of the borrower(s) and say “sign here.” I’m impartial but not uneducated. I always make sure borrower(s) know what they are signing by guiding them through the loan documents. I ensure that signatures, dates and initials are complete and properly filled out. I triple check my work especially with the key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly. All forms will be completed and filled out by the borrower(s), whether that be the PCOR, statement of information, trust certification, or disbursements of proceeds. I know who to call if there is a typo on the loan docs. I check in with the client who has given me the Signing Assignment as soon as I get to the borrower(s) and I inform them when the signing is completed. I return loan documents ASAP as I know the urgency to have them returned. I’m always available even on weekends.
