About Doreen Cittell

I have always been passionate about technology since I was a young girl. Taking things apart and putting them back together again, was my hobby. Understanding how each piece plays a part in the success of the whole was a fascination which led me to the field of Information Technology. When I believe strongly in a technology and understand what makes it "tick", I have to share the news! I love explaining how things work and demonstrating the value that technology brings to an organization. My passion lead to me create a Youtube channel called TechGlamTV. In each video, I talk about the challenges I.T. teams are faced with and showcase popular solutions that would solve the problem. I take a complex technical topic and simplify it by demonstrating how the solution works. My goal is to educate the viewer and have them feeling confident about the solution and their abilities to implement, configure, deploy the most popular technologies available today. TechGlamTV Helping customers understand and feel confident in the product they purchased will lead to a successful adoption and deployment. My job is not only to create a blue print of your ideal infrastructure but to educate and train you on the product. I am your partner and cheerleader, ensuring your success is my number one priority.
