I began my career in Human Resources over a decade ago, starting at the front desk, which gave me a deep understanding from the ground up. Over time, I advanced into leadership roles, ultimately becoming a Human Resources Director. This journey has equipped me with a broad perspective and a diverse skill set that allow me to thrive as a leader in HR. Throughout my career, I have gained hands-on experience in talent acquisition, compensation, employee and labor relations, benefits, organizational development, and employee recognition. I have successfully managed large-scale projects from planning through implementation, and I have a track record of leading change management initiatives that drive positive organizational transformation. My experience also includes navigating complex negotiations to achieve win-win outcomes for employees and organizations alike. As a leader, I’ve had the privilege of guiding teams across these disciplines, as well as in learning and development, leave administration, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). My goal is to continue fostering positive workplace cultures while driving organizational success through strategic HR leadership.
