InDesign is the ultimate for layouts but some proposals need to be submitted in MS Word. It isn’t easy getting tables, figures and double columns to work with one another and thus requires extensive reconfiguration and collaboration to get it all to fit within a limited number of pages-a task I manage to do well. CONFERENCE COORDINATION ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT INTERNET/DATABASE RESEARCH FACT FINDING Do you need an individual with appreciation for organized and detailed work? Look no further. The research, administrative support and conference coordination I've practiced over the years was done with competency and diligence. The conferences took place in various locations and those that were classified required additional effort coordinating security clearances. I managed and organized the registration fee aspect along with the materials and documentation relating to tours and bus transportation, catering, and on-site registration. By the way-research is one of my most favored tasks. SOFTWARE I am computer-literate and competent with MS Word, Excel, InDesign and Acrobat. Though I’m not an expert with Powerpoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom, I know enough to get the job done.
