About Dorian Baroni

I advise managers and teams in the practice of leadership, coach business and nonprofit leaders, and co-design leadership programs. I am also nurturing a legacy initiative, Women Agents Of Change that spans the boundaries between online learning, social impact experiment and network of growth. My corporate business experience has spanned a variety of industries - investment banking, global energy, consumer goods and art galleries - and a number of countries - UK, US, Venezuela, Italy, Belgium. One of my core beliefs is that a person's individual journey towards integration of mind, heart and body intelligences is critical to addressing today's global challenges. I am committed to leveraging my systems thinking expertise in every coaching partnership, as it is through seeing with fresh perspectives and shifting mindsets that every successful journey of change begins. And as a business woman, I am also particularly passionate about the role and power of women to support the evolution of global mindsets, social systems and models of economic impact. I work with both individuals and organizational teams. I help individuals develop a higher quality of self-awareness, so as to enable courses of action in which the truth of one's individual calling and the power of one's true gifts can more clearly 'show up' in their day-to-day work. When working with organizations, I look for the patterns which are getting in the way of the creative potential of collective endeavors. I founded my own global coaching and consulting business in 2007 to explore areas of interest in leadership development, such as my current coaching engagements and my focus since 2017 in prototyping a program of online learning for women. I also work as an associate with the Presencing Institute, Mannaz Consulting, Morris Graham Ltd, and Pluribus. I am also a global lead for the CIYO women's programs, and a leadership coach for Executive MBA candidates at Yale SOM. Bilingual in Italian and English, working knowledge of French. Very basic Spanish language understanding.
