About Dorian Berthier

I joined the Paul Bocuse group, Ouest Express concept, 7 years ago through an apprenticeship contract. Within 5 years, my progression led me to the position of manager of 2 restaurants in Lyon Part Dieu, with 40 employees. Throughout my career within the group, my job has changed. Thanks to my assiduity, my rigor, my determination and my strong taste for challenges, these developments have enabled me to learn and specialize in new areas: management, commercial development and negotiation During these years and thanks to the trust placed in me by my superiors, I was able to participate in the creation and development of ancillary services related to the company- In 2014: the creation of a "catering service" intended primarily for businesses - In 2015: the takeover and development of a restaurant center named "Interlude by Ouest Express" within the Auditorium of Lyon => Both services generating growth of the annual turnover of more than 10%. This experience enabled me to discover that the fields of activities related to commerce, administration and management are part of my strengths and allow me to improve on a daily basis. To date, I'm reserching a new profesionnal challenge in the commercial domain as Commercial Manager within a company where I can make use of my skills and participate in the development of the company.
