Hello, I'm Dorian, a versatile, adaptable, research driven professional with hands on experience, gained working in Recruitment and HR, in the IT industry, backed with higher theoretical studies, Bachelor in Business Management and a Masters in Entrepreneurship & Management. I thrive in working in a fast paced multinational environments, tackling challenges head on, to finding the best solutions for the business, excelling conventional recruitment in addressing complex issues and challenges inherent to the IT field.
