Background
About Dorian Falk
Initial (short-term) Goals: Graduate with a BHS in Food and Nutrition and become a Registered Dietitian (RD). Long-term Goals: Gain experience in the field of nutrition and research links between diet and mental health. Work Philosophy: I believe that many aspects of health are impacted by nutritional intake and are not limited to that which is readily visible. The extent to which diet affects mood, decision making, cognitive function and aptitude, predispositions toward addiction, and personality manifestations deserves adequate exploration. Research should be devoted to the discovery of prevention-oriented avenues to improving the mental health of the nation.
