I have 10 years of experience managing and developing careers of tactical, technical, supervisory and management level teams through the development and implementation of training in the U. S. Army to help enhance each member to reach their full potential. Enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic and advanced complex problem-solving skills. At least six years in the Culinary Arts; technical experience must have been obtained by working in the subject matter area vice only teaching the subject matter. An experienced, detail-oriented and self-motivated professional with extensive experience in operations and team management, prepared classrooms, workstations, labs before commencing instruction to include equipment setup and required instructional material. Handle and dispose of the hazardous material (HAZMAT) following applicable rules, regulations, and other requirements. Including event management, technical and analytical problem-solving. Developed lesson plans for each Program of Instructions assigned with informal personalized notes of experience using the lessons furnished by the Training program. Administer quizzes and homework assignments as per Course Master Schedule. Works well independently and as a strong team leader and member. Currently maintaining an active Secret Clearance.
