About Dorin Sade

During my PhD I have coordinate and executed several multidisciplinary projects in parallel. I'm highly motivated with R&D work and wish to integrate in a start-up company or larger one. I have strong collaboration skills and lot of scientific writing experience. I have strong presentation skills (see experience below), trained, mentored, and supervised undergraduate students. My results were summarized in 7 publications created scientific content, presented in 9 local and international conferences. See awards below and google scholar for publications. My supervisor is Prof. Ehud Gazit, his recommendation will be given upon request. Experience • 2016-2020: Supervisor of Teaching Assistants, Genetics laboratory course, trained and supervised 30 teaching assistants, overseeing 300 undergraduate students. TAU. • 2013-2016: Instructor at the “Youth Center for Advanced Studies". Mentored 5% of top gifted youth students in Israel. TAU. • 2012-2014: Teaching assistant, Genetics laboratory course, instructed groups of 15 students weekly. TAU. Awards • 2019: Research excellence award for PhD students, School of Molecular Cell Biology and Biotechnology, TAU. • 2019: Awarded a travel scholarship by the Prajs-Drimmer Institute for Anti-Degenerative Drugs. • 2019: Awarded a travel scholarship by the Joan and Jaime Constantiner Institute for Molecular Genetics. • 2018: Teaching excellence award, School of Molecular Cell Biology and Biotechnology, TAU. • 2018: Awarded a scholarship for excellent PhD students by the Prajs-Drimmer Institute for Anti-Degenerative Drugs. • 2017: Awarded a travel scholarship by XIN. • 2016: Awarded the Anat Krauskopf travel scholarship. • 2016: Awarded a scholarship for Parkinson’s Research by the Mariana and George SAIA Foundation.
