Institutional level European programme engagement expert with nearly 30 years of working in the development, implementation and management of research strategy, funding diversification analysis, development of new integrated support structures as part of business development planning to ensure delivery of support services for researchers, financial development/control and project management of strategies ensuring net return on investment. Leading HEI expert in EU research and education policy development and influencing factors, proactively involved in programme design and implementation including European University alliances ( chair of the R&I Topical Group for FOREU4ALL which works on behalf of all alliances) and EU policy trend analysis. Working on Horizon/Erasmus engagement strategy with a synergistic approach and focused currently on the new EU proposals for the Multi-Annual Financial Framework, the EU competitiveness Fund, Horizon Europe, Erasmus+ and more (2028-2034). Ability to work at the highest level with EC and EC stakeholder organisations and legislature.
