About Doris Dabrowski

Doris Dabrowski is an experienced arbitrator in a wide range of employment, consumer and commercial disputes. She is on the rosters of the American Arbitration Association, American Health Lawyers Association, FINRA, the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Her law practice focuses on employee benefits, contract negotiations for professionals and executives, appeals, and representation of government employees in the administrative process. Her appellate advocacy set precedent in the United States Court of Appeals and the Merit Systems Protection Board. She has litigated employment discrimination, wage claims, breach of contract, Lanham Act, defamation and privacy cases. As a board member of non-profit organizations, she guided the development of personnel policies and compliance with fiduciary responsibilities. Prior to starting her own practice, she represented hospitals in their efforts to obtain reimbursement from Medicare, Medicaid, insurance and responsible individuals. Ms. Dabrowski is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Federal Circuit, the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The American Guild of Organists appointed her to its national career development and support committee. She served as president of the Eastern Pennsylvania chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association and co-chairperson of the sole and small practice committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
