I am an experienced writer of articles and/or books on a variety of non-fiction subjects, including small business management, sales and marketing, using technology, managing a home-based business, personnel management, travel and others. My publishing credits include several textbooks for Prentice-Hall and a popular press book "Parenting the Office" through Pelican Publishing. I am a specialist in adult training and education, both as a presenter and/or a developer of seminars and lectures on a variety of business related and personal self-help topics. I am a professional copy editor for both fiction and non-fiction books or articles. I am an excellent teacher, particularly for seniors, to help people learn a variety of computer skills, such as Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop Elements and other programs that will help them maximize their ability to use a computer or iPad. I was a Board member of The Institute of Certified Travel Agents (now The Travel Institute) for two years around 1984-1986 as well as a member of SATW (Society of American Travel Writers for several years. I have been a member of CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association) from its start until now. Key Awards: Inducted into the CLIA Hall of Fame in 2010.
