Mijn visie op Casemanagment is bewustwording en bewust zijn van alle facetten van gezondheidsmanagement om vervolgens bewust en doelgericht te handelen. Daarbij is aandacht voor de mens essentieel. Daarbij denk ik aan preventie, activering, procedures, kosten- en besparingen en het naleven van wet- en regelgeving. Met mijn passie en aandacht voor alle betrokken partijen, in een goede samenwerking de beste, meest creatieve oplossingen vinden voor de voor ons liggende uitdagingen. Gebruikmakend van mijn kennis, empathisch vermogen en analytisch denken het beste resultaat bereiken. Uitgangspunt daarbij is om op een positieve, inspirerende en constructieve manier te kijken naar mogelijkheden, activering en acties, daarbij de financiële aspecten nauwkeurig in het vizier houden. De diversiteit van de mensen, organisaties in- en extern, en het soort werk vereisen zachtheid en zakelijkheid te combineren, zodat er draagvlak en reikwijdte gecreëerd wordt voor een gezonde en duurzame onderneming.
