I am a mission-centered motivational leader and educator with over 15 years of experience in operations, education, supervision and change management. My experience extends to working in multi-site and multi-state organizations where I served as subject matter expert to enhance and implement programs including - employee and client engagement and experience, non-licensed clinical staff training, risk and quality management, and culture transformation. My expertise further extends to budget, strategic and tactical planning, organizational development, and operational enhancements embedding an equity lense into the work. My high degree of emotional intelligence enables me to authentically build trusting and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. These attributes complement my ability to advance organizations’ missions and goals.
