I worked in various GS (financial) grade level positions throughout my 30 1/2 yr federal career retiring as GS-13 Supervisory Financial Mgmt Division Chief of the ISR (Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance) Directorate at Robins AFB, GA in 2007. 19 years of my financial career was in the U-2/DCGS Program Finance Office where I was responsible for budgeting and executing U-2, DCGS and JStars appropriations. My federal career spans many years working with all types of defense appropriations which afforded me a broad and varied opportunity to have working level knowledge and experience with both sustainment and acquisition appropriations for all the many DoD Departments, etc, Army, Air Force, Marines, Navy, Coast Guard, Army and Air Force Reserves, Air National Guard, as well the Defense Appropriations and many DoD classified special programs.
