This hand-on approach to proposal development and application of leadership abilities have awarded me tremendous success in delivering technically complex infrastructure construction bids and managing multi-disciplinary teams against aggressive timelines. With Over 25 years of proposal development experience in national and international bids, in addition 10 years of experience in project cost control and management in post-conflict and developing countries. I have developed high-level expertise in proposal and project management. My international exposure had led me all over the world, including Europe, Africa, South pacific, North America, Central America, South America and Caribbean. I excl in structuring public-private partnerships (P3s); design-build and engineering, procurement and construction (DBF, EPC); and engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) in the private and public sector.
