About Dorjan Dauti
I am currently a Structural Engineer in the Nuclear Division of Egis Group, specializing in the analysis and design of complex structures. Previously, I have been involved in engineering studies on the structural fire behavior of concrete, steel, and timber structures, as well as cost estimation and project management for these projects. My work has also encompassed the development of calculation tools and methodologies, along with contributions to research and standardization efforts in fire safety engineering (e.g, RILEM). I hold a PhD from the University of Grenoble Alpes, where my research focused on the behavior of concrete at high temperatures. My expertise includes heat and mass transfer modeling in porous construction materials such as concrete and gypsum, as well as finite element simulations, neutron imaging, and digital image analysis. Beyond structural engineering, I have also gained hands-on experience as a Site Engineer on a hydropower plant project, further broadening my technical and project management skills.
