About Doron Bashan

A senior executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in the real estate development sector across the CEE region and mainly in the Czech Republic, including 5 years as CEO and more than 20 years as CFO. My career has been shaped by business decision-making, refining management and communication skills which allowed me to lead and motivate our teams to achieve our goals. As CEO, I have overseen the full lifecycle of mainly residential real estate projects — from land acquisition and concept design to construction, marketing, financing, sales, and final handover to clients, helping them create their homes. Previously, I served as CFO and later CEO of Shikun & Binui Europe, part of the publicly listed Shikun & Binui Group (TASE: SKBN) in Israel. My mission was to lead the teams for the realization of our projects, drive regional expansion, identify new investment opportunities across the countries of operation, enhance profitability, and manage relationships with our JV partners. As CFO, I led financial operations across multiple countries, securing project financing and overseeing all aspects of financial management — including IFRS reporting, taxes, treasury, and accounting — to support successful project execution.
