About Dorothee Lintner

My professional career is dedicated to empower people and teams to learn and grow individually and collectively. With students, with adults, by any means, in any place, on any topic (though my beloved one remains the one I have been teaching: French literature!). I have experienced public, private, and non profit environments, and sectors as various as humanities, energy, business, humanitarian. So I am eager to adapt and learn when the organization is purpose-driven. International environments (in developed or developing countries) are my favourite ones, as they enable cross fertilisation among people. What I keep loving to do with my teams and peers is to design new learning products, facilitate trainings and conferences, and convincing people to invest time, effort or money in learning.
