As a Consultant with a collaborative efforts now offering; Coaching, Mentoring CDA Preparation, IL ExceleRate, NAEYC Accreditation Preparation, PAS, BAS, ITERS, ECERS, SACERS Professional Development training, Program Improvement Plans, Continuous Quality Improvement Plans, Developmentally Appropriate Practices and Training services. Our efforts is designed to meet quality improvement needs to early care providers, primarily those seeking eligibility for ExceleRate Illinois, Head Start, Early Head Start, Preschool for All (PFA) and/or Quality Ratings programs or interested in enhancing the quality of their child care programs. Offered trainings are Gateways Registry Approved and we offer service learning requirements set by The Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). Our goal is to assist providers with a hands on strategic approach to enhancing quality care with support and continuous to improve quality improvement overall? Our goal will focus on implementing developmentally appropriate practices, creating a high quality environment and intentional teaching in the classroom. My experiences consist of providing Consulting and advice to organizations regarding daily routine developmentally appropriate processes and program management, children, youth and teen service program development. I assist with locating much needed funding to obtain resources within the childcare industry to enhance programs. I assist with establishing programs, daily operations, maintaining files including children’s records, staff records, meeting records, ensure program follows policies and procedures established by the owner and the Department of Children and Family Services Licensing Standards.
