Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist Dorothy has over 10 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. Currently works at Farmers Insurance as a Senior Commercial Product Development Manager. Prior to a Career at Farmers, Dorothy worked at AXA China Region Insurance Company as a Strategy Manager for the High Net Worth Life Business, and spent over 5 years as a Strategy and Operations Management Consultant at Deloitte Consulting in New York City and Hong Kong. She has extensive experience working with 13 multinational corporations. Dorothy is also highly interested in non-profit consulting services and getting involved with non-profit organizations that focus on education and investing in at-risk youth. Dorothy obtained her undergraduate degree, BBA in Global Business (GBUS), a highly selective business program that accepts 35 students a year, from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
