worked for 2 parcel companies for the past 30plus years as I don’t like to switch jobs I like to help to improve the company I work for, started as data inputter progressed to office manager for hays express, decided to take redundancy when taken over by securicor, started with UK Mail as c/s advisor, progressed to major account manager, then became Customer service manager, looking after approximately 200 customers, downsized the team due to efficiency managing the team, until 2008 when c/s dept closed down, kept on to manage major account and assist client directors managing major accounts on a day to day basis invaluable experience within all aspects of the parcel industry various depts, customer services/operations/sales/account management.Assist Claims dept/Security in processing claims and tracking parcels missing within the system. Assisted in the training of the Managed Accounts team on all aspects within UK Mail. 2017 Moved on to a new Revenue protection small team due to my experience in all depts within parcels, now advise where we are going wrong and how we can be more profitable, this is by investigating claims, customers freight, in house systems practically anything which improves the service and performance for many customers, new beginnings with DHL Parcel and looking forward to learning everything I can about this excellent employer, I give 100% commitment to my employers and do everything I can to improve/assist and solve any issues, 3 years on and collating lost revenue within the business and making significant improvements across the operations, investigate anything and everything, assisting all teams across the business,
