I have led collection teams of 11 and 30 specialists at Jovia Financial Credit Union and Municipal Credit Union, respectively. As a people manager, I am deeply committed to supporting my team's professional development. By offering the necessary training and guidance, I have helped many of my team members progress into leadership roles. My focus on building positive relationships and fostering a harmonious work environment has not only increased employee morale but also created a more collaborative team atmosphere. By creating an inclusive work culture where everyone feels valued and motivated, I have been able to drive my team's productivity and achieve success as a leader.My skill set includes strategic planning and execution, performance management, process reengineering, policy and procedure development, KPI metrics, team engagement, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in liberal arts from Liu Southampton College, which has provided me with a well-rounded foundation for my professional endeavors.In my free time, I volunteer at ReCycle for Education, an NPO, where we redeem and process recyclable containers to help reduce litter in landfills, oceans, and community areas.
