About Dorte Arnbjerg

I am passionate about bringing new medicine to patients suffering with brain diseases - and I have done so! I am an experienced leader within drug development particularly within Clinical Operations as well as CMC development (both small and large molecules) – basically, I have had my leadership hands in all parts of the drug development value chain from development to production. I’m a trained Dentist, I hold a PhD in epidemiology and I have found the right shelf for me within drug development. I’m a true extrovert, and I love working with people and get great energy from setting ambitious goals and working with others to achieve these - and I am fortunate to have had plenty of opportunities to do that. I ask a lot of questions – to learn and to challenge and I’m always open to challenges why I recently, with success, led an integration following a company acquisition. I have built highly successful teams within the biotech- and pharmaceuticals industry and I am skilled in strategy development, portfolio prioritization and -management, and in building organizational cultures that attract and retain talent.
