I can lead employees with different levels of compentence by motivating and encouraging everybody to do their best. As a person, I am positive, helpful and a team player whose most important assignment is to provide the right tools and help to use them in a way that work gets done in the most effective manner - in time. I am meticulous and detailed oriented without losing the overall perspective. I seek new opportunities and like a varied work day. I treat other people with respect and empathy. I listen to other people's opinion and will make an effort to come to a common understanding and goal. If that is not possible, I have no problem making a decision and communicate that. Accounting department is as much a service function for the business as it is a reporting function for the management and the authorities.
