I work as CFO in Securitas Denmark A/S I have more then 25 years of extensive experience in Finance with the main areas is management, controlling, accounting, month close, offshore accounting, management reporting, implementing new finance system, budget/ forecast and annual reports. Previously, I was Head of Group Finance in Urban Partners, former known as NREP with the responsibility of the countries, external accounting provider and implementing a new Finance System. I also held the position FP & A and Reporting Manager for Veolia in Sydney, Australia. I have worked in APMM Maersk for 5 1/2 year. My last position was as HQ SG & A Process lead with the focus on HQ administration cost and management reporting. Before that I was the Head of HQ SG & A, Finance Business Partnering at APMM Maersk where I manages to setup new processes for a new team with 9 employees and our team in our share service center in India. I worked 1 year in the SG & A Governance team where the team goal was to manage the global governance and prepare management reporting with the focus to reduce administration costs. Prior to that I worked as a Finance Manager in Maersk Line supporting several HQ functions in all aspects related to local HQ costs. This included being the single point of contact for senior stakeholders. My work area related to activity as month close, management reporting, responsible for SG & A budget/forecast, improve business process ect. At NKT Holding A/S I worked as a Group Financial Controller. NKT Holding A/S, listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange is a global industrial group with 3 main business areas – power cables (NKT Cable), floor care equipment (Nilfisk-Advance) and fiber optical (NKT Photonics) My work area related to activities within audit committee, management reporting, compliance (IFRS), group controlling, internal control environment, preparing annual and interim reports as well as implementing projects through the group. In September 2012 NKT Holding won the price for best 'overview' in relation to information on internal control setup (EuroSox) which I have co-written. Before NKT Holding I worked as an auditor at EY.
