Senior Project Manager with a background as Mechanical Engineer and a board experience from project management and engineering of investment projects within Aseptic and Tablet API facilities as well as chemical industry and energy supply. By using my hands on experience within engineering and plant commissioning along with my solid project management experience I ensure a timely completion of projects, on budget and to the agreed quality level. With a logical and methodical approach, I facilitate break down of complexity ensuring transparency on scope, progress, risks, cost and quality. Specialties- Strong all-round project management skills within scope definition, cost and time planning, tendering, procurement, construction and hand-over of investment projects - Development of master plans for production facilities based on inputs from stakeholders at several organizational levels - Scoping and planning of GMP activities relation to implementation of pharmaceutical production equipment and utilities.
