My passion lies in observing data and creating data-driven solutions, whether it is for a better user experience or for a company to improve their product. I am able to communicate and illustrate complex ideas to non-technical audiences. With over 3 years of research experience spanning diverse age groups, from children to older adults, I've honed my skills in understanding human behavior. Recently, I completed my Master of Arts in Experimental Psychology at California State University, Fresno, where my focus on the intersection of psychology and technology became a cornerstone of my studies. This newfound passion has steered me towards the realms of User Experience Research (UXR) and Data Science within the technology industry. Currently, I am working as a Research and Planning Analyst at Fresno City College, where I contribute to student learning and institutional effectiveness by conducting data analysis and generating insights that inform strategic decision-making. My role involves collaborating with various departments to evaluate programs, assess student outcomes, and support initiatives aimed at enhancing educational experiences. Through this work, I am committed to leveraging data to drive positive changes within the institution.
