SELECT CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS:*Played a key role in attainment of 5-star CMS and Level 3 Trauma System designations for Lake Huron Medical Center and Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital.*Improved patient flow and left-without-being-seen metrics and slashed medical malpractice lawsuits, championing system- and hospital-wide process improvements.*Helmed the launch of the first Rapid Response emergency response team, community provider hospice education program, and PA clinical rotations in emergency medicine for multiple institutions.*Instrumental in the design and launch of the first emergency medicine residency program at Tirgu Mures County Hospital in Romania in concert with Bellevue Hospital, New York.
