I imagine a world in which curiosity is never lost and every question strengthens our thinking and deepens our relationships. As a lifelong student of the meta‑skill of asking better questions, I’ve seen how intentional inquiry creates clarity, improves decisions, and transforms conversations at work and at home. I’m currently building the AskingBetterQuestions Journal and the #AskMoreThanBefore movement – practical tools and practices that help people slow down, reflect, and upgrade the questions they bring to their lives, teams, and communities. I design and facilitate experiential workshops in two key areas: Asking Better Questions – building critical thinking, deeper dialogue, and everyday curiosity. Continuous Improvement through Problem Solving – developing structured thinking, root‑cause analysis, and sustainable action. This work builds on my experience in problem solving, continuous improvement, people leadership, and process optimization, helping teams not just solve problems, but grow through them.
