She’s in the process of constituting an externally funded, expert-powered, structurally innovative international institute, dedicated to the creation of organizations prioritizing peace, bliss, and abundance. Doryne even envisions new ways of doing things that go beyond organizations, where honoring all living beings is a marked advantage. Boasting over 30 years of world-class experience, Doryne has held many executive and strategic management roles within medium and large companies such as Desjardins, Bell, and ACCEO Solutions. She successfully spearheaded major organizational transformation projects in the private and public sectors. An ICD.D certified administrator endorsed by the Institute of Corporate Directors, she’s the board chair of Caisse Desjardins des Technologies, and is on the Board of Directors and Investment Committee of Desjardins Financial Security. She’s also a board member, and member of the steering committee of the Dr. Julien Foundation. In 2018, Doryne founded Hathor Conseils Inc. to help entrepreneurs innovate, create value, and grow their businesses. She’s also a member of a select group of Entrepreneurs in Residence at Centech, one of the top 10 university incubators in the world. Doryne is the recipient of the Finalist Award “Business Women of Québec” from the Network of Business Women of Québec. She recently began the new-paradigm-led Inner MBA certification program. Lastly, Doryne is a guest speaker at symposiums and private-company seminars, sharing her inspiring new-organization model and its evolution with the business community
