About Dot Proux

30 years of experience as a leader in a rigorous professional services firm plus natural curiosity, empathy, and intuition combine to uniquely qualilfy me for the work I do as an executive coach and leadership development adviser. I'm able to quickly understand the context of the people I coach, having been in their shoes for many years. In addition to serving clients, leading client service teams, and developing new business, my experience at EY included leadership of a regional tax sub-service line, the Americas tax learning and development function, and the Americas tax resource management function; oversight of the U.S. tax staff pool; executive sponsorship of the Professional Women's Network; active participation on the Americas Inclusiveness Steering Committee; and design and execution of significant cultural, client service, and learning and development changes. My portfolio of clients as an executive coach includes corporate senior manager through executive level, including C-suite; professional service industry directors and partners; high performing/high potential women; and entrepreneurs. I have significant experience with team coaching, coaching for effective leadership, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, building confidence, stress management, navigating gender dynamics, and developing inclusive leadership skills. In addition to coaching teams and individuals, I facilitate leadership development programs and present on topics that include emotional intelligence; stress management; employee engagement; and global business leadership skills.
