About Doug Ace

As a Senior Personal Banker for Embassy Bank, I have to wear many hats: account specialist, fraud prevention expert, deposit procedures guru, loan processor, and many more. But my most important job is to ensure a positive, friendly experience for every one of our customers. As a true Community bank that services only Northampton and Lehigh counties, we at Embassy never lose sight of the fact that without our customers we are nothing. That's why we don't sell or buy mortgages, we hold on to every single loan we originate. It's why we have such a visible presence in the Valley, sponsoring and running events for various organizations. It's why we know our customers' names when they walk through the door. When it comes to banking, numbers are very important. In my five plus years of experience as a Personal Banker, I have been responsible for running thousands of transactions, opening hundreds of accounts, and processing dozens of loans. It isn't just about the numbers, however. It's also about making meaningful connections and working with customers in a consultative way, always remembering to do what is best for them.
