Doug is a security leader with over 20 years of experience in the security and public safety industry. Doug is a Physical Security Specialist with SaskEnergy. In this role, Doug oversees security training & awareness, security systems and design, threat assessments, investigations and corporate security awareness initiatives. Doug has a proven track record of leading and managing teams, planning and executing performance objectives, and ensuring compliance and quality standards. He has also demonstrated his expertise in commercial real estate as a former General Manager of a shopping centre in Regina, Saskatchewan, where he was responsible for building operations, leasing, marketing, guest services and financial performance of the property. Doug holds a certification in Property Management from the University of British Columbia – Sauder School of Business and is passionate about creating safe and sustainable environments for customers, tenants, and stakeholders.
