I am a senior people, organisation and performance advisor with over 20 years of experience helping technology-led organisations scale through periods of rapid growth, transformation and increasing complexity. My work sits at the intersection of people, performance and strategy - translating ambition into durable organisational capability.I am a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company, aligned to the People & Organizational Performance practice, where I support clients and consulting teams on critical decisions related to leadership, operating models and organisational effectiveness. I bring deep executive experience to shaping high-impact strategies, advising on complex change and bridging the gap between insight and real-world execution.Previously, I served as APAC HR Director at Google Cloud, where I led the people strategy across Asia Pacific and Japan. Spanning go-to-market, product engineering, and data centres / technical infrastructure, the business scaled more than 7x to over employees in five years. This included designing global talent architecture, senior leadership resilience and succession and full-stack organisational builds to support sustained hypergrowth. My team and I also launched Google Cloud’s first engineering hub in India - now spanning multiple sites - helping establish the leadership, culture and operating foundations required for global scale.My experience spans cloud, AI and platform businesses operating in highly competitive, fast-moving markets. I have partnered closely with executive teams on organisational design, leadership effectiveness, workforce strategy and the people and performance implications of AI adoption - including agentic operating models, automation and new forms of human–machine collaboration.I bring a commercial, systems-oriented lens to people strategy, with a focus on building organisations that can scale responsibly, execute consistently and adapt as technology and markets evolve.
