About Doug Brown

I am senior manager with extensive experience in strategy development, new business capture and program management. I have experience within the military and with industry. I have been a Program Manager on standalone projects, In-Service Support Projects, R&D projects and as part of major Capital projects. My focus during the past decade has been on Business Development, leading the capture of major programs, strategy development and technology adoption to meet the needs of new markets. I have a natural curiosity about new ideas and technologies and the energy to help implement them to solve real problems. I have a strong technical background in system engineering and software development. I like to use my skills in a team environment focused on meeting diverse and challenging goals. I have a proven capability to lead teams in constrained, high-stress environments including service in submarines and developing major proposals.
