About Doug Buenz

I began selling residential real estate in 1989 allowing me to use my commercial real estate skills and expertise while connecting with and helping people on a very personal level. Nothing is more fulfilling for me. As a result, I have helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes in the Tri-Valley region. I have focused much of my professional training on the art of negotiation. I attended the world renowned Program on Negotiation (PON) at Harvard Law School, and hold a certificate from the Harvard Negotiation Institute. This prestigious program is popular with business and government leaders nationally and globally, and is regarded as the most powerful training in negotiation available. I have built a reputation in the real estate community as innovator and early adapter in technology. Real Estate is what I do, not who I am. I am the father of 2 awesome kids. In my free time I like to play music with a couple of local bands (yes we get paid to do it), work out, hike, and read about world events and politics online. I love pop culture (I often sprinkle pop culture references in my conversations). I love College football, and sports in general.
