I have over 20 years of consulting experience, covering a wide range of services that focus on natural resources and environmental regulations. I joined InterAgency in 2018 as the Environmental Director to oversee the company’s emerging environmental practice focused on large-scale infrastructure and resiliency projects in the DC metro area. Recent projects include:* RiverRenew Tunnel System, Alexandria, VA - 12' diameter combined sewer tunnel, pump station, and interceptor sewer replacement * NPS National Capital Seawall IDIQ, Washington, DC - Rehabilitation of historic seawalls around the Tidal Basin and along West Potomac Park * Long Bridge Project, Washington, DC and Arlington, VA - New 2-track rail bridge and new pedestrian bridge over Potomac River * Alexandria Waterfront Implementation, Alexandria, VA - Rehabilitating seawall along historic Old Town waterfront, including new pump station * Potomac River Tunnel, Washington, DC - 18' diameter combined sewer tunnel with associated diversion facilities Prior to joining InterAgency, I worked for nearly 14 years at Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc.(WSSI) where I gained extensive knowledge of federal, state and local regulations pertaining to the Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, NEPA, Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act and many other relevant regulations. Through the course of my career, I have developed strong relationships with federal, state and local regulators, as well as my public and private sector clients, which are key to facilitate regulatory approvals and keep projects on schedule.
