I was employed at Standard Printing since July 1982 when I was hired in to be a printing press operator. Within the next 3 years I was doing all of the strippig & platemaking as well. In 1987 I was permanetly working in the strippig & platemaking department, and used as a substitute in the pressroom during vaction times or when we were very busy as well as ordering all of the pre-press & pressroom supplies. I was moved into the office area in 1992 when I began doing printing estimating and job ticket writing and dealing with our outside vendors as well as in house customer service and sales support for our sales team. I have been in this area ever since with my duties expanded to include job costing & billing as well as ordering all of the paper for production. I have also helped out with taking orders for office supplies. I have also worked as a temporary sales representative covering parts of Coldwater when we were without a sales representative for that area. I still make personal visits to customers on occasion when they feel a need to see someone personally and a sales representative is not available. I have also been trained on the majority of our bindery equipment and can assist in the bindery area when needed. Specialties: I am very knowlegeable in the printing processes of Standard Printing as well as printing in general. In March 2015 Impact Solutions bought Standard Printing & Office Supply. I am now a Sales Assistant and I write Puchase Orders and RFQ's for 2 Sales Associates.
