A financial services professional with 20+ years of experience of managing unsecured lending portfolios across numerous disciplines including finance, pricing, product and proposition development and credit risk. Has held numerous senior positions within Financial Services organisations, establishing a track record for building and leading teams that delivered material and sustainable improvements in customer outcomes and business KPIs. Currently holds the position of Senior Principal Consultant within FICO Advisors Global Lifecycle Risk Practice with a focus on optimization, marketing and profit and loss improvement. FICO Advisors design and devise visionary approaches to business challenges, relying on years of experience working with clients around the world, leveraging new data science expertise, proven analytics techniques and FICO’s leading platforms, to drive success and improved performance for our Clients. Prior to joining FICO in October 2019, held numerous positions within the Credit Cards and Personal Loans business of Lloyds Banking Group in the UK. Roles included Head of Existing Customer Engagement & Retention - Credit Cards with responsibility for re-engineering the existing customer management capability to drive increased customer engagement, usage and revenue. Other Credit Card roles included Senior Manager of Acquisition Analytics Segmentation & Insight with responsibility for acquisition product pricing, portfolio and market insight and performance benchmarking. Held various positions in the Loans business including Senior Portfolio Manager for Credit Risk and created a pricing optimisation function as the Senior Manager for Pricing. Also held roles as a Senior Product Manager and Management Accountant within the Bank of Scotland affinity loans business. Qualified as a Certified Accountant whilst gaining experience in small business accountancy practices, the electronics industry and the chemicals industry. Holds a BA Honours Degree in Management Studies from the University of Leeds and is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA).
