Welcome to my profile- I'm Doug Cue and I'm currently Studying Construction Management at Chico State. I pride myself in always have a full workload- I like staying busy and getting involved with my school, clubs on campus, and my community. I'll be graduating spring, 2017 and am excited to get into industry. After a rewarding summer of interning with Swinerton Builders, I've officially joined the Swinerton team and will start working full time August 2017. Outside of school work and construction management, I'm an avid rock climber and traveler- I often try to combine the two activities. I've climbed all around the world and I'm always planning my next adventure. Skills include: • Attending and documenting project meetings • Setting up and maintaining project filing system • Updating and maintaining all sets of drawings, specifications and logs • Assisting with preparation of CPM schedules • Assisting with updating and maintaining master CPM schedule • Distributing all documents to subcontractors and maintain document logs • Evaluating field problems and documenting RFI’s • Preparing and maintaining RFI logs on CMiC system • Reviewing, evaluating, and transmitting submittals • Prepare and maintain submittal logs and expediting log • Performing expediting functions • Verifying original estimate quantities for labor cost reports • Reporting quantities in place and maintain labor cost report • Cost code and/or verification correct codes on time sheets • Preparing and documenting extra work orders • Reviewing and assembling change order submittals and quantity surveys • Maintaining reference log on CMiC • Maintaining progress photo album • Compiling contract close out
