I use my unique, multi-dimensional, perspective to solve the hardest challenges of IT Leadership. Starting at PwC as an auditor with IT skills, I ended up as a CPA and leading member of the team that transformed the business by automating the North and South American audit practice.I moved out of auditing and into a client-facing consulting role as the project manager for the implementation of a financial consolidation system at the world's largest Spanish language broadcaster and ultimately established a database security consulting practice at PwC.I implemented Project Portfolio Management software for Fortune 500 organizations as a system integrator for a software vendor. I ran the PMO at the City of New York Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications with another Senior PM, managed system integration vendors, developed an internal IT consulting practice, implemented SAFe, and improved organizational performance by introducing robust quality management practices at the Office of Technology & Innovation.Using my experience in business (including all sides of IT), project/program/portfolio management, functional management, contract, vendor, and risk management and my knowledge of best practices from my MBA, CPA, PMP, ITIL Foundation, SAFe and Azure certifications, I am able to provide leadership and promote understanding and collaboration to align the objectives of multiple organizations and achieve results.
