Doug is very much a hands on leader handling overall corporate planning, development and management for Doucet Developments, which includes rcs construction, Mill-Right Woodworking, Tier Too Properties, and PMco Inc. Our businesses span across real estate development, construction services, property management, leasing, and maintenance, all the way to our fully operational retail and hospitality division. rcs construction operates on three main pillars that sets them apart from their competitors: EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), the operation of the largest Open Shop in Atlantic Canada, and a strong foundation of positive reputation, culture and relationships. This Atlantic Canadian Top 50 CEO Hall of Famer doesn’t shy from community involvement. Doug currently serves on a number of Boards including; the Frank H. Sobey Awards for Excellence in Business Studies, and the Canadian Cancer Society. Doug is a past board member for the IWK Hospital, IWK Foundation, Mount Saint Vincent University, and the Construction Association of Nova Scotia. He has also chaired multiple other committees and fundraising events is particular proud of being past Chair and Innovator of the Great Big Dig for the IWK which has raised over $4M for the hospital since its inception. Doug’s many awards and recognitions attest to his corporate and personal philosophy, which has always been focused on having satisfied clients, vendors, happy staff and financial success for all involved.
