My experiences in pharmaceutical and related industries with research, process development, scale-up manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory, engineering, product strategy, lab processes, and management are a big part of what I bring our clients in the Device, Drug, and Biological development, manufacturing, consulting, and commercialization services for small to medium-sized organizations. The services we provide our clients have a positive impact on the lives of so many people, while also creating business value for our clients, is rewarding to me and helps me to stay focused on the best possible services me and my team provide. It’s enjoyable to help start-ups and spin-out organizations who have the need for our strategic, development and manufacturing services and then seeing them grow into larger successful organizations that continue to serve their clients and patients in meaningful ways. I strive to stay true to my collective set of priorities as I guide our team to be innovative, nimble, and flexible in all we do to provide our Product development, manufacturing, consulting, and commercialization services to our clients. It’s an honor to be considered a trusted business partner for our clients, with a seat at the table with the rest of the team collaborating towards new designs, development programs, and manufacturing processes. Having a positive impact on the lives of so many people with the products we help our clients develop, produce and manufacture is yet another reason I enjoy the work I do with Novex Innovations. My experiences with some of the first anti-HIV drugs and the global consulting work I do related to process development, regulatory support, provides additional insights I bring to our clients.
