About Doug Fielder

Studied and worked in many diverse fields, in which I gained objective thought and multiple perspectives in how I approach and understand different projects and situations. As an ENTJ, I like working as part of a team and have the ability to lead projects and direct others in an efficient manner. I enjoy learning, teaching and working with my hands as well as my brain to solve problems and to create. Currently working as a Facility Engineer for CBRE, but I grew up working with my father, doing carpentry, remodeling, cabinetry, painting and molding/trim work. My professional background is in auto restoration, custom car paintwork, sign painting and design, and freehand pinstriping. I possess my EPA 608 Universal and have working experience with commercial air conditioning and refrigeration. In college I studied automotive engineering, engineering drawing, history and design. I also enjoy marketing, networking and meeting others that I can learn from, because we should never stop learning.
