About Doug Klayman

Founded in 2002, Social Dynamics, LLC has an extensive background in training and technical assistance, management of national, state and local research and evaluation programs, including CATI surveys, statistical sampling projects, pilot testing of survey instruments, statistical and qualitative research. Social Dynamics provides expertise in design and implementation of national and community-based agencies and programs, CATI surveys, social research, economic survey research. Social Dynamics conducts evaluations of programs. These include the 36 state Disability Employment Initiative Evaluation which included workforce development, education, health and youth services programs. Dr. Klayman served on the American Sociological Association Task Force on Public Sociology, Board of Directors of the Association for Applied and Clinical Sociology and has reviewed articles for several organizations, including the International Journal of Mental Health and Addiction, Journal of Child Psychiatry and Psychology, and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Care.
