Introducing a new telephone system at Pelican State Credit Union that increased customer service cross-sale revenue by 29% in its first year. Receiving Capital One’s Employee Engagement Award for leading the transformation of a struggling group into the highest- performing group in the division within three years by holding leaders accountable and recognizing excellent performance.
